When you first top up your account

When you first transfer funds overseas
- Open the Lucy app
- Select your account
- Select ‘Transfer’
- Select 'Transfer to overseas bank' or 'Transfer to overseas cash payout'
- Complete your transfer details
When you pay or receive your first salary via Lucy's Salary feature (*for employers and their foreign domestic helpers only).
- Open the Lucy app
- Select the '+' sign and request or set up your Salary or Salary for your employee.
- Your reward will get paid once the salary is then paid via Lucy on the month anniversary.
You will only receive the reward if the transaction is successfully processed.
The rewards are given to the sender of the transaction only, or, in the case of the Lucy salary, to the employee and employer.

Yes, the rewards will be credited to your account no more than 3 business days after each is successfully completed.

It was designed to solve financial pain points specifically for these women, eg. empowering domestic workers with no interest salary advances, and low-cost remittances overseas.
