I have a memory as a 14 year old sitting with my Dad, discussing the fragrance line I was designing. I was fascinated with the operations, distribution, and marketing of my product. During that conversation Dad encouraged me to challenge my “business plan”, pushing me to think bigger; he made me feel like I could achieve anything I put my energy behind. It has been my Dad and many other amazing men and women throughout my life that have made me believe anything is possible, to dream big and never to take no for an answer.

I have been fortunate to be involved in some amazing career experiences; from being the first employee of a tech start up and working with the founders to build and then sell the business, through to my current position at Salesforce where I lead some of the brightest sales teams as they partner with diverse customers across Asia to drive digital transformation; changing the way brands connect with their customers.

I love the opportunity to be part of Lucy where I can now play a role in being the words my dad shared with me…. Ladies – anything is possible, dream big and never ever take no for an answer!
