I have worked in the FinTech industry for 10 years before making a switch to Tech sales, where I have been a champion for creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. I serve on the APAC leadership team as the ASEAN & India Manager of Customer Success. In this role, I leverage my passion and years of customer success experience to enable and empower the global architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry to develop and scale customer success from a people, operations and technology perspective- ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes across the globe.
Every person is different, much like every women’s background is unique. My work has exposed me to a wide range of opportunities and challenges across various countries and cultures. As an outlier, having worked in a male centric finance and now tech industry, I have quickly learned how to hone my communications skills and establish credibility as an industry leader.
I am committed to using my extensive experience, thought leadership, and global experience having worked in The Netherlands, New York, London and Singapore to reshape the financial industry, support female entrepreneurs and empower women.
